These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlternativeLabs website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

AlternativeLabs provides technology consulting and development services including Custom AI Models, Agentic Systems, Rapid MVP Development, Intelligent Automation, and Blockchain Solutions. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. AlternativeLabs retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement. Open-source components used in projects remain under their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

AlternativeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. AlternativeLabs will deliver all completed work and assets to the client.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
